Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state that we all experience at various times and in various depths throughout the day. The experience of hypnosis has been described in many ways but is often explained as a streamlined state of focused attention. Many people describe hypnosis as feeling similar to daydreaming, when they are neither fully alert, nor asleep. Everyone’s experiences and therefore descriptions of hypnosis will be different because all trance states feel different to different people. Hypnosis is usually associated with a pleasant feeling of deep relaxation, and this can be part of the therapy, however not all hypnosis and Hypnotherapy involves relaxation in the traditional sense.

During hypnosis, a new perspective can provide insight into your issue or desired change, and adjustments can be made to limiting beliefs that have influenced or directed your life. This can sometimes result in radical change or gentle differences that positively increase over time.
Therapeutic techniques applied during hypnosis are usually quicker than the traditional forms of psychotherapy or counselling due to accessing the subconscious mind and changing mindset. Consequently, hypnotherapy is becoming increasingly popular.
I have developed a wide range of knowledge and skills from change management, clinical hypnotherapy, self-hypnosis, cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy, ACT, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I help you understand their body and mind connections to create and facilitate change through collaborative therapeutic intervention. You and I will work together to plan how you receive hypnotherapy, including collaboration, accountability, integrity, and respect.

Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is a motivational theory in psychology, showing a five-tier model of human needs, as hierarchical levels within a pyramid. Free Consultation
We’ll talk about what you want help with and what you want to achieve. It gives an opportunity to build rapport and helps us to see how we can work together to achieve your desired change.
Plan Sessions
You’ll receive an email with the session planning, session calendar invites, Zoom booking links for online sessions, our agreement for working together, tasks, self-hypnosis and audios.
What to Expect
Sessions are pre-booked face-to-face or online Zoom video calls. They happen every other week. All sessions are voice recorded, these are shared with you to help you practice your hypnosis.
Accountability
In between your sessions, you will receive an accountability motivation email and call. Depending on what the change is I’ll send a series of affirmations to help you, charts and audios.
