Having a good night’s sleep helps your body to relax all the muscles, reduces stress, tissues grow and repair.

While you sleep your blood pressure and body pressure drops, energy is restored, and hormones released. It improves concentration levels, memory, health and productivity. Having a good sleep puts you in a better mood when you wake up. During our sleep we repair, rebuild, and recover to make peak performance a possibility. Optimising your sleep can unlock hidden potential and a better performance. How hypnosis can help with sleep and my Tube map of a Good Night Sleep are in my article  https://www.whatisyourstoryhypnotherapy.co.uk/2024/09/27/a-good-night-sleep-and-hypnosis/

We Know What Can Restore Sleep

Hypnosis can help you to sleep more deeply and also help your metabolism, cardiovascular activity, and immunity. The Nature study found that enhancing our slow-wave sleep using hypnosis, particularly through suggestions you hear while falling asleep, profoundly affects peripheral body functions, including the endocrine and the autonomic nervous systems. The brain and spinal cord receive and send information to other areas of the body, which allows us to react to stimuli in our environment. A Good Night’s Sleep Hypnosis Research Hypnosis Video

Where I go through the benefits of daylight to activate serotonin, the good feel hormone, and dim light to activate melatonin to balance cortisol, all of which help to get a Good Night’s Sleep. In the hypnosis, I suggest you recall the energy you had as a child and your morning and evening routine as a child and then use these memories to evoke the same energy when you wake up today and use your mind to picture the right routine for you. Experience a Good Night’s Sleep and take part in the Good Night’s Sleep Hypnosis Research.
